Downloads : All downloads carry no postage and are immediate.
Creative Knits and Original Paintings : Please allow 24hr to 48hr processing time plus postage time. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for creative knittted items and paintings ( please select Budget or Standard at checkout).
Greeting Cards : Please see individual product listings for approximate delivery timings. Cards can vary between 24hr to 72hr processing time plus postage time. Standard mail will be used for all cards.( please select Budget (2nd class) or Standard (1st class) at checkout).

Our delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the order and the delivery location.. If you would like to see a total as you add items please complete your address details after adding the first item. There is no obligation to buy until you complete the order.
Delivery Options
Delivery times are based on working days only (Excluding Saturday Sundays & UK Bank Holidays).
Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the carrier. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
